Flowerfield Question...

Is Flowerfield a non-smoking facility? I dont want any smoking at my ceremony or reception. How does this get handled? One other thing...when do we go for our tasting? I still have about 6 months to go, but I am curious when we do this? Thanks! You can send forum mail if you want.
