When should I go in and choose flowers and what do I do if I have NO CLUE as to what flowers I specifically want?

In articles that I've read, brides usually start shopping for a florist between 8 & 6 months before the wedding. They usually book a florist between 6 & 3 months. Keep in mind, if the florist happens to be popular, or if it's a busy month for weddings, you may want to consider booking earlier to guarantee your date. As far as what flowers you want: start looking in the magazines, cut out pictures and bring them with you when you go shopping around and show the arrangers what you would like to see. Most of them usually have books filled with pictures from weddings they have worked on. Good luck to you!!
