Fox Hollow ceremony music question for those who know their vendor policy.

I have an uncle who I would like to play the synthesizer with an amp during our ceremony at Fox Hollow (entrance songs, one for unity candle and exit). I know Fox Hollow and their vendor insurance policy, does that hold true for the ceremony music as well. My uncle does not have that type of insurance and I really want him to play. Does anyone know if Fox Hollow would allow this? (I emailed Linda today to ask but she hasn't gotten back to me yet....) Thanks.

My office is recommended by Fox Hollow and I am familiar with their policy. I have been with them for over 11 years.I provide the bands as well as ceremony and cocktail hour music for brides at Fox Hollow.They are very strict regarding insurance. They bring this up at every bridal seminar. They have a specific form that must be completed and a certificate of insurance has to be on file with them for any performers at any wedding performance.
