Full day photography quotes

Hi there

I'm starting my photography search and looking for quotes for a full Saturday in August 2013 - about 12 hours. I'm especially interested in the photojournalistic style rather than the traditional, posed photos, but of course we would need some of those, too.

Here's what I'm looking for:
- Photographer + assistant
- Included engagement session
- Fully insured
- Package that includes videography (not a must have)
- List of references
- Ability to follow a shot list

I live out of state and will therefore need to speak to potential vendors over the phone before meeting in person.
