great venue on a low budget

Or if you want to do Feb/March Thatched Cottage has an all inclusive 10K which includes centerpieces and even the DJ....I'm not sure about 45pp...They have by far some of the best food we have tasted and its cozy and historic.

Two weeks ago we went to a Bridal Showcase at Timber Point Mansion, and they had a flyer --though for some reason it is not posted on their website... for WINTER 2014 something like 7K for 100 people. That place is gorgeous and is a lessings venue---and we've been to almost all of them and I have to say, their food was probably my favorite.

Good Luck and let us know what you come up with!

It is generally I guess.. or I made the mistake of assuming the same but they were actually pretty reasonable... but these prices are for remaining 2014 winter dates....call them up. wouldnt hurt. and 80 including tax and grat is really great price IMO, I mean other places start off at 95 and up pp...not including the taxes and gratuity. Also...to lower cost maybe consider, a sunday or a day before a holiday. My BM told me her BF is getting married the day before Thanksgiving this year which--is an awesome idea too...some venues will work with you because they know they wont book these dates otherwise.

And lastly, for about 45pp is doable if you cut liquor and wine from the package, I know a few people have opted to do that... and just make it a cash bar.
