Great Wedding on a budget?

Hi Everyone!!!
I just wanted some recommendations of some vendors for flowers, photos, limos, & DJ...

I'm getting married @ Westbury Manor next July 3
We're really trying to stick to a budget so we can buy a house soon after

But of course I don't want to skimp on quality & I still love everything about the day....Anyone have any tips on how to have a great day @ a great price???
