Groom's Cake

I am hoping someone out there can help me. I am planning on doing a groom's cake for my future husband on labor day weekend. I am looking for something that feeds 30-40 people and looks like the picture attached. I was hoping not to spend more than $200 on the cake including delivery. If you are an amazing cake artist and think you can work with my budget, please message me!!!
