Hair and Makeup for 3-28-08

I need to find hair and makeup for my March 28th 2008 wedding.
The reason we haven't booked anyone yet is b/c I am working on a budget and can't afford $100 and up for each.

The wedding starts at 4:00 and my photog will be with me at 2:00

can anyone help?
