Hair and Makeup Needed for 8-28-10 Wedding

I am looking for hair and makeup for my upcoming wedding in August 28, 2010.
Please send me some prices. I would need it for me the Bride, 2 bridesmaids, 2 junior bridesmaids, 1 flower girl, mother of the bride and mother of the groom Hair for sister of the grom. Please send me som info pricing and if you are available.
