Help from Limo Vendors
Hi There - I am in need of limo services on Friday June 30th. My question is, will I need 1 big limo or 2 smaller/mid-size limos?
My scenario is as follows:
Bridal Party Limo - 4 or 5 adults
Grooms Limo - 3-5 adults + 2 kids (5 years old each) - so total of around 7 people max
We will be getting ready at the Holiday Inn Express Stony Brook (on Nesconsett Highway), our Church is Sts. Philip & James in St. James, and our reception is at The Oldfield Club in Setauket. Ceremony starts at 4:30PM, Reception starts at 7PM - we are leaving ourselves some time in between for pictures....

Distance btwn our hotel and our Church in St. James = 5 miles, 10 minutes
Distance btwn Church & The Oldfield Club in Setauket = 6.2 miles, 15 minutes
However, with 1 limo we would need to take traffic into consideration. I am not from this area and don't know how traffic is on a Friday in the summer - particularly since this is the Friday of 4th of July weekend. With 1 limo, would we run the risk of being late since 2 trips would have to be made to and from the Church to pick both bridal parties up??
Everyone would hop in the same limo on the way to the reception, so that wouldn't be an issue.
