HELP! What color veil?

The color of my wedding gown is cream however, the work on the top of the dress is small ivory pearls and silver bead work. The ivory pearl work on the top of the dress is enough of a contrast where you really notice the ivory against the cream.

The sales woman at the store said that I should go with an IVORY veil. This will help the work stand out. She said a CREAM veil may hide the work.

Please I would appreciate some advise.
