HM specialists

When should I start thinking about booking HM for a July 06 wedding? FI and i want the Caribbean (preferably islands that arent affected by hurricanes) or Mexico. We want all-inclusive, beachfront rooms, GREAT hotels, some night life but doesnt have to be crazy, live music (jazz would be AWESOME!), good pools, large/spacious rooms.

If anyone here can rec.places, please tell em where so i can look online and then I would be happy to meet you.
