Honeymoon for May 17th wedding question

Hello,
I am getting married May 17, 2003 (10 months to go hooray!)
Anyway, we want to go to Aruba for 2 weeks, (will be our 3rd time there, we love it).
We want to stay at the Allegro (all inclusive).
Can anyone tell me when I should book this and what perks I can get? Honeymoon suite? Honeymoon extras? First class airline tickets?
I am looking for a travel agent to get me a super deal and I won't be booking it till at least September and then we'll need a short time to pay it off.
