Honeymoon inquiry

I am getting married on July 11, 2009 and my fiance and I are interested in Aruba. I have heard that Palm Beach is the area to stay in if you want to be where the majority of the people are, so that is where I would want to stay. As for the hotel, I have no idea which one. I dont know if Aruba has all inclusive. Basically, I am hoping someone could give me some more info. as to where to stay and prices and things of that nature. I am hoping to go for a week- maybe the Monday or Tuesday after my wedding (I believe that would fall on 7/13 or 7/14).
