Honeymoon Quote and Location

We are looking to go somewhere in Carribian for our honeymoon. We don't need airfare, we are using our miles. 7 nights beginning 6/12/05.
We want the following:
1. In room Jacuzzi
2. Oceanfront room where you can walk out onto the beach
3. All inclusive
4. Horse back riding on the beach
5. Snorkling/Scuba Diving
6. Massages
7. Couples resort- no children
8. Sounds kinda dorkey but I love collecting shells so somewhere with shells would be nice.

We've been looking at the following locations but are open to suggestions:
1. St Lucia
2. Grand Caymen
3. Cancun

We don't want :
1. Atlantis
2. Anywhere in Jamaica
3. Anywhere we should be afraid to leave the resort.
