Hotels
I started calling around to block rooms for my 8/2002 wedding. The best rate I could find in the area we are looking was Huntington Hilton ($139). Has anyone had any experiences here?
This process seems to be tricky- some hotels will hold the rooms with no 'guarantee numbers' and some make you sign a contract that states if your rooms don't book up, you will be responsible for paying for the rooms!
I know there have been many posts on this subject, and I know many of you must feel that this is risky. What if your guests don't book!!
Also, many places won't hold more than 20 rooms.What if you need more?
Any suggestions or ideas are welcomed.
