If I am getting married at 6:30 at my site and I plan on getting ready there and have pictures done before, what time should I have my photographer show up? I want pics of me getting ready? Thanks...

Every photographer works differently, so you should check with whom you hired. I would schedule an hour for portraits to be done 1/2 hr before ceremony and an hour for getting ready pics (starting before you put the dress on.) But that's my schedule and not necessarily what your photographer would do.

I agree with Mark you should talk to your photographer. Everyone is different. We like to give you at least 30-45 minutes before your ceremony to relax, fix make-up, go to the bathroom, etc., so we back it up from that point. If your ceremony is say at 6 pm then we would start at say 3:15 for your photos with the girls, parents etc. Then at about 4:15, we would meet the guys in your bridal party and do all the portraits with them. When you have two photoraphers, things move more quickly, as well as, with photojournalistic coverage (real life photos), which is what our studio specializes in. Traditional posed coverage can take longer to set up. But, again, check with your studio. Hope this helps.
