In need of a Rabbi/Priest combo for interfaith ceremony

My fiance and I are looking for a Rabbi/Priest combo that is willing to perform a more spiritual ceremony than religious. Neither of us are very religious, but it means a lot to my parents to have a Rabbi, and therefore we cannot forgo my FH religion of Catholicism. Our wedding date is 4-28-13. Thank you!
