Indoor ceremony site (x-posted)

My FH and I are starting to consider this November for our wedding. I know that the weather will not be good enough to utilize an outdoor ceremony site at a venue and I haven't really seen a venue that has an indoor area that really wows me. So my question is does anyone have suggestions of cool places to do a ceremony, maybe a museum or library, or just a cool building, preferably in eastern nassau or suffolk. No religious venues please.
