Inexpensive music/entertainment for backyard eparty!
Hi!
We are throwing an e-party with a beach/polynesian theme in our backyard. I really wanted to have a steal drum player/band...but after researching it... i think we will reserve this for wedding.
We would like to have some regaee-or steel srum music playing for a good amount of the party and then mix in some things a lil different .... truthfully the music we are interested in would be more or less background noise...not a blarring DJ (not the look we were going for).
The thing is we really dont want to bring a stereo out & worry about changing CDs every 45minutes....not that i wouldnt be happy with letting a CD play for the 45mins.
I'm not sure if what we are looking for would differ in pricing. Could someone give me some info that might help us out. Does it matter if we hire a DJ to play a very limited variety of music/songs...vs. playing each song from a list or by requests.
Thanks very much for your help!!!
