Inexpensive Reception venue

Hi! My Fiance and I are paying for our wedding totally by ourselves. Does anyone know of an inexpensive but nice reception venue. Our budget is probably about $10,000 for EVERYTHING! We both have large families and will probably be having about 160 guests. Please help

Hello and congratulations!

Your post doesn't say how many people nor what area you were looking in, which are huge factors. But if I were you I'd email every Hall that you are interested in, even the ones that you think are out of your ball park and ask them something like 'How can we make this happen?' Most halls are very creative in their pricing. They will give you a list of things that you can to do to bring down the price. You can have an amazing venue that you never imagined possible if you are willing to change your date or be married on a Thursday instead of the weekend. I have had brides get amazing and wonderful results just by asking and I have no doubt that more than you ever imagined is just waiting for you.
