Invitation / calligrapher quote

I am looking for quote on invitations and calligraphers.
I know the invite I want (Birchcraft S7819SL) ** first attachment** as well as all the details:
125 invites, reception cards and rsvp card/envelope.
I have a slight modification to the invite (I would like the maple leaf screen in lieu of the monogram shown in their sample) **the second pic has the leaf I would like on my invite**
Mocha Ink
Combination Lettering 378 (142 for names / address info & 166 remaining wording)
I would get the return addresses printed on the envelopes as well as the rsvp envelopes.
Mocha Lined Envelope as well.

I am also looking for prices on a calligrapher to do both the exterior and interior envelopes (name / address on exterior and guests invited on the inner envelope).

Please provide any information possible.
I work in Manhattan so getting to an actual store is difficult.
