Invitation Quotes

I am deciding between three invitations- all from Encore- and would like quotes on them if possible.

I need:
125 Invites
Reception Cards
Response Cards
Return Address Printed
Envelope Lining

Also, please let me know which ones are available with/without an inside envelope.

G8028-Cream layered card with sheer striped ivory ribbon accenting top left corner. (as in picture)

M6123-Cream card with gold edge, sheer ribbon, and rose mounted on ivory frost. (I would like it without the gold edge)

G6101- Rectangular card with a shimmering sheer fabric that covers wording. I have also seen this card without the shimmer overlay. I would like the price for that as well if possible.

I am also interested in having the envelopes addressed by calligraphy if available. Thank you very much!
