Hello,

Best of luck to you. For a complete listing of services and fees as well as the much appreciated testimonials from past brides, go to www.marriagenyc.com .
www.marriagenyc.com also features an exclusive guide to obtaining the much needed Marriage License and Central Park Weddings.
The vast majority of professional officiants, myself included rely upon an ordination for the legal aspect of being able to marry you. But the majority of us will give you what ever kind of ceremony you ask for.
You mentioned non religious, but you also mentioned Catholic/Jewish. Are you looking for a secular officiant (mayor, judge etc) so they seem more impartial?
Someone with an interfaith ordination is just as impartial, but if it won't fly with the family then it won't fly. The 3 minute civil ceremony most civil officiants do is IMO dull, and who wants that when you can have bright and shiny. Personally I have found that when the content is strong enough the families are always pleased in the end.
With Judaism there are cultural rather than religious aspects to consider as well. The breaking of the glass for example. The Unity Candle is also thought to be Christian but really is secular.
Bride to the Left or to the right?
Jewish mothers expect to enter with their child and it is IMO better to give an extra honor to one mother than take it away from the other. That the parents sit for a civil ceremony and that might be hard enough for them.
There's a lot to think about, My advice is to make a few calls, chat with more than one officiant, get a list of Judges from town hall and really look at all of your options.
So Congratulations, I am available on your date. Please feel free to contact me if there is anything that I can be of assistance with no matter whom you choose.
Wishing you the fulfillment of your dreams and a long and happy life to follow.
