Justice of the Peace question!

We're Nassau County residents but getting married in Queens. Is there going to be a problem with a Justice of the Peace from Nassau County performing a cermony in Queens?
Does the Justice of the Peace need to be from the county you're getting married in?
Please help!!

Justice of the Peace question!

Within the 5 buroughs the celebrant must be registered at the city clerks office. (City of NY)Outside of this I don't think there are any restrictions.
