Limo and Florist Quote

I have no idea about price ranges for limos and need to put this is our budget.

I need a limo (rolls royce or something old fashioned like that) from my house to Church and then Church to wedding reception and also a regular limo to hold 12 Bridal Party Members.

Also, how much do florists generally cost? If I needed 7 rose bouquets and then at least 16 tables at a reception (centerpieces).... I know this isnt described well but we need a round about answer
