Limo and Shuttle Quote
Hi, we will be getting married in Peconic, New York, and all of us and our guests will be staying at either the Best Western in Riverhead (about 20 minutes away from Peconic), Hampton Inn in Farmingville, or Radisson in Holtsville (both about 60 minutes away). I need quotes for the following:
1) A limo to take us from the Best Western to various picture sites (all picture sites will be on the North Fork, and at most 30 minutes from wedding site), from 1:30-4:30, to the wedding site at 4:30 p.m. and to pick us up afterwards at 12 a.m.
2) A shuttle or a bus to take our guests (approx. 30-40 people) from the Hampton and the Radisson at 5:15 p.m. (they are across the street from each other, even though they are technically in different towns) to the wedding site and to pick them up afterwards at 12 a.m.
3) A big 15-person vehicle to take our bridal party from the Best Western to various picture sites, from 1:30-4:30, to the wedding site at 4:30 p.m. and to pick them up afterwards at 12 a.m.
4) 1 regular Town Car and 1 10-person van to take our families from the Best Western to various picture sites, from 1:30-4:30, to the wedding site at 4:30 p.m. and to pick them up afterwards at 12 a.m.
