Limo Questoin

Im trying to determine how many hours i need to quote for limos - heres the schedule:

Groom getting picked up in Bayshore - church in Selden starts at 2pm. We will be dropped off at hall in Patchogue 6:30 (the cocktail isnt until 7pm)

I figured 6 - but i guess it could be 5 1/2 - but do they quote for half hours?
