Limo Quote

We are looking for a Limo/Party Bus. About 3-3 1/2 hours. Picking guys up at a hotel in farmingdale, then picking up the girls at my house in wantagh, and ending in Lindenhurst for pictures and the ceremony/reception hall. We have 23 people in the bridal party and we want to be comfortable (not squished, we have a bunch of bigger guys in the bridal party) What size limo bus should we get? And how much would it cost (including gratuity)? We have gotten quotes for 28, 30 and 40 person buses. Is there really a dfference between 28 and 30 or is it just a matter of how many the company claims can fit? Any information you could give me would help.
