Limo Quote Please for November 2008

Hello,
I'd like a quote for the following. Please include information for gratuity and service charges.

DATE: Sunday, November 16, 2008
CHURCH: Astoria, NY 11105 - begins 3pm (should end by 4:30pm after receiving line)
RECEPTION: Great Neck, NY 11021 - 6-11:30pm

NEED:
1 12-passenger limo
1 14-passenger limo
1 limo for bride & groom

BEFORE CHURCH:
14-passenger limo picks up Groom from home in Bronx (in Pelham Bay/Throggs Neck, zip code: 10461), stops at a hotel in Queens (~0.5 miles from church) for pick-up of guests, then proceeds to church

10-passenger limo picks up Bride from home in Queens (~2-3 miles from Church) and proceeds to church. (Bride's zip code: 11370)

AFTER CHURCH:
Limo for Bride & Groom goes to reception hall

14-passenger and 10-passenger limos pick up some guests and family to take to reception hall

AFTER RECEPTION:
14-passenger limo takes guests to hotel in Queens with possible 1 or 2 additional stops at subway station in Queens and/or additional hotels in Queens. I would like to have an additional pick up at reception hall for those who want to stay later.

Limo for Bride & Groom takes them to their home (not sure where that will be yet, but either Queens of Bronx)
