There seems to be some confusion on the BHB board, so I figured this would be the place to go:

When it states 'plus 20% gratuity' in the contract, is this going to the driver(s) or is an additional tip expecte/appropriate?

Hi my name is Manny basically the gratuities are for the services that the driver is providing for you , You don't have to feel obligated to give them any extra unless you feel that their services were to your expectation or above, Some customers are very generous, some are generous , and some don't even acknowledge them with even a thank you..............so if you think that they did a great job (most drivers will to get that extra $$) then its up to you to give them whatever you think that they deserve.....
