Limousines: Is there drop off service available?

I'd like to have a 24 passenger Krystal coach party bus, but my mom would really like my father and I to be dropped off at the church in a rolls royce. Is it possible to get a dropoff at the church or is there a minimum 3 hours for the rolls royce? Im trying to keep my costs under $1000. Please FM with quotes. Thanks!!
