Make Up for Engagement Photos

My fiance and I are doing our engagement photos soon, most likely 10/7/13. I would love to be able to get my make up done for the engagement shoot. My concern is that if the weather isn't good our photographer will reschedule the photo shoot session. Any make up artists out there flexible and willing to do the same? I'm looking for someone who would be willing to reschedule if the photo shoot has to be cancelled due to weather without charging a cancellation or change fee. Thanks!
