Definitely Crafty Eddy. He charges about $20 for a one letter wood monogram, and then you can glue on the Swarovski crystals. He has a lot of designs to choose from. If you Google his name, his email address will appear. He also does business with a woman who will put the crystals on for you. ANd if you do business with him, you get a discount off her fees. I didn't contact her as far as prices go though. But if your willing to do the crystals yourself it is definitely worth it! I've seen a lot of finished monogram cake toppers from other LIW brides and they look great.
