Can anyone recommend a recording studio on Long Island? Any idea of how much it cost per session?

What type of recording are you looking to do? Do you want to record yourself singing live for your wedding? If this is what you want to do, it is much more cost effective to get a mic and use your entertainments equipment to sing a song. Recording studios can charge a fortune, bc one of my friends wanted to put a demo tape together for her band, and the cheapest price they got was $500 an hr. For any other brides who were wondering Thara wanted to record herself singing and have it put onto a Cd with background music. This is something we currently offer here, and can be done for a much cheaper price then a recording studio. We would record it professionally, and then put it onto cd, and even put your picture on the cover, price depends on length of time in studio, you can reserve slots of 1/2 hr and up.

My father recorded his CD at Rockin' Reel Recording Studios 636 Larkfield Rd E.Northport. The phone number is 368-5689 and the owners name is Dave. I am not sure how much he charges. My father is also a vocal teacher if you need some lessons before the big day! His name is Walter and he is located in Commack 631 543-6895.
