Need a Videographer for my 5/26/03 Wedding!

I'm on the search for a new videographer!
Here's my story:I did my research - met with a few different companies - and I thought I found someone talented, reliable and very affordable.
Although - I have been calling him for the last two months since I saw some bad publicity about him on the Brides Helping Brides board and I wanted his side of the story.
Well, needless to say, I called him for 2 months - almost everyday and never a phone call back. I was beyond upset. I finally get in touch with him - yesterday - he was very apologetic and offered to refund my deposit if I wanted, which I accepted - I lost confidence in him.
What upsets me the most - is that his work was great! He was accepting of my ideas - what I was looking for and he seemed easy to work with.
Since my wedding is on a Monday, next Memorial Day - he gave me a discount since he does not usually shoot weddings on this day.
I was receiving 1 DVD and 2 VHS tapes - including (1) 10 minute recap and (1) 1.5 hour edited version of the entire affair for $800.
If anyone can recommend a videographer who is in this range - who is reliable - I would be so grateful.
