Need DJ 10/6/2012 for Hospitality/Ceremony/Cocktail/Reception

My fiancée and I are getting married on October 6, 2012 at the Bailey's Arboretum in Locust Valley, NY. We have been on a long and weary search for the perfect DJ for our vintage/eclectic wedding. Both
the ceremony and reception will be held on the same grounds however we have three different locations that we would like our DJ to have set up. We are on a tight budget but music is what brought us together and
remains strong within us. Our vision for the music is indie rock (Band of Horses, The Shins, Pinback), a little twee (Camera Obscura, We're From Barcelona), a little folk (Avett brothers, Neko Case, Johnny
Cash), the classics (Elvis Costello, Frank Sinatra, Billy Holiday), some prog rock for the ceremony (Sigur Ros) and of course some pop music to get the crowd moving (but less Lady Gaga/Rap and more New
Order, Talking Heads, Tears for Fears, Huey Lewis & The News). Oh yes...and Billy Joel. He's my weak spot.

We are happy (and very willing) to provide a setlist as well as the music if you do not have it on hand. We do not require any lighting, props, flatscreens or
rowdy DJ. Our group is able to amplify themselves but it would be great to have someone control the music, know when to lower/higher the volume and be the master of ceremony since we are having a very non-traditional format. We also are looking for someone who have a
lower-profile setup since space is tight.

Our current itinerary is as follows:
3:30pm – 4:30pm – Hospitality Hour/Arrival Hour (outdoors on the entrance garden grounds)

4:30pm – 5pm – Ceremony (by the gazebo further into the Arboretum – we will need a mic and music)

5pm – 6pm – Cocktail Hour (outside patio – we will follow this immediately with the bride & groom entrance, speeches and the first dance since dinner will be held in various rooms and have people
spread out – it’s easier to get it all done and over with right before dinner so people aren’t going back and forth to see what’s happening or feel like they are missing anything)

6pm - 11:00pm – Reception (dance floor is outside patio where cocktail hour was so the setup can stay between cocktail hour & reception but also we would like speakers inside as it is an old estate house and there are separate rooms where people will be dining)
