Need Florist and Photographer for 10/12/12!

Hello- I am looking for photographer/videographer and florist quotes for 10/12/12.

Church is in Malverne, NY (4pm)--- reception is at Venetian Yacht Club in Babylon (6:30-12).

I would like a videographer/photographer from my parent's house before the wedding, throughout the mass and reception.

For flowers I am very flexible and open to ideas. Thinking mostly white flowers (to go with blue/brown theme).

Bridal bouquet,maid of honor, 3 bridesmaids
floral head pieces for 4 flowergirls
Groom, Best Man, 3 groomsman, 2 ring bearers
Fathers X3, Mothers X2
Centerpieces for approx 12-14 round tables
Flowers for church
