need hair and makeup quote or just makeup for 9/26/08 West Sayville

Getting married late afternoon, around 3:30, 4pm at West Sayville Country Club. 9/26/08. Please send me quotes for hair and makeup or hair alone, or makeup alone. I live in Huntington, I am not sure if I am getting ready here, or a hotel near West Sayville, or if your salon is near by either locations, possibly the salon....

Let me know and thanks! I have attached samples of when I do my own makeup myself, as you can see, not the worst but it needs work for a wedding day!
