Need hair/makeup quotes for 5-12-2012

Just to be clear -- this is for May 2012, not this May! But I have a friend getting married this August who had a really hard time finding hair/makeup six months out, so I figure can't hurt to get things settled now!

I'll be getting ready at the La Quinta (formerly Wingate Inn) in Garden City (wedding is in Mineola). It's an afternoon wedding so I need to be ready about about 10 or 10:30 for pictures. Would be great if someone could come to the hotel, but I could also drive somewhere nearby.

Our budget is tight, so please give me your best quote for wedding day hair/makeup and trial. If you have package deals (don't know yet if bridesmaids will need services), please include that as well. Also, my FH is active duty military, so if you offer a military discount, that would be great!
