Need Info on Engagement Pic's and Photography.

I will like to find a photographer (possibly a videopgrapher) who can provide the following service:

1)Casual E-Photo's
2)Few Dressy E-Photo's
3)Photographer for the day of my e-party to take pic's on the hall grounds and throughout my e-party. On a Sat, 2005 7:30p.m.-1:30p.m.

-I know I definitely want a big portrait of my FI and I...probably a 16 by 20 or the next smaller size.

-Two, 8 by 10's
-Wallet size pic's...(not sure how many)

-If I can find a photographer that is also a videographer that's a bigger plus.

-I know I definitely don't want a album and would like to stay under $1,000 if possible.
Any suggestions from vendors will be appreciated.
