Need makeup artist in a hurry!

I am looking for someone to do makeup for 3 people on November 24th at approx 11 am, possibly a little earlier or later. 2 will be in one location in Queens and one will be in another location in nassau county. Just a part of a wedding not brides. We also really have a small budget and were looking to pay between $40 and $50. If anyone thinks they can help out please let me know! Thanks!
