Need someone to wrap favors

Need someone to wrap favors

Need help...I'm buying an ice cream scoop from a website and instead of giving it away in a box, I'm planning on wrapping it with tulle and jordan almonds like in this photo. I've visited some favor stores and they won't wrap a favor that I don't buy from them, so are there any vendors who offer this service? I would also need to purchase the personalized ribbons, tulle, ribbon roses, etc.
