need travel agent help - trip to europe - july 2011

I am planning to travel to Greece to visit see the island of Crete for about a week. During that time, no hotel is needed.

I also have friends in Athens, so I would like to stop in Athens on my way to Crete for about two nights.

On the way back (since I see that there is no direct flight from Crete to NYC), depending on airline price, I would be interested in stopping in another city for 2 nights (perhaps somewhere in Italy or the UK). A hotel would be needed for this part of the vacation. I would like to leave around July 16th or 17th and return somewhere between July 31-August 2.
