officiant/minister

We are looking for a wedding officiant for our wedding on 3/27/2010.

We are getting married at Chateau Briand at 11:30am. The ceremony is for 30 minutes and we would like to recite our own vows.

We are only looking to spend $375.
We would prefer someone of ethnic decent.
