Officiant needed

Ok, our wedding reception is 7/31/2009 a Friday. However, after discussing the whole ceremony idea we have decided that we like the idea of having a private ceremony...just us and very close family and a few friends the night before.

We are both catholic however dont want a religious ceremony just something meaningful and to the point.

It will take place in Peconic.

I really just need prices and some details about officiant.
