One-Year Anniversay Vacation

We are thinking about going to Yosemite, Sequoia, and Kings Canyon National Parks for our one-year anniversary vacation.

We don't know where we should stay...someplace that would be centrally located.

We don't know if there are any travel packages available (flight, hotel, and car) that would be cost-effective.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
