Hi. I'm looking for someone who can edit our proposal photo (in my album) to be clearer and frame friendly. It was taken with a cell phone and looks pretty blurry. I want to surprise my fiance by cleaning it up and framing it. Can anyone do this and if so how much? Thank you!!!!

We're always there to help. Photoshop enhancement is paid by the hourly rate. Please tell people that cell phone photos (which look good on the phopne or coomputer) do not get enlarged the same as if the photograph was taken with a real camera.
