Photo location help!!

Photo location help!!

Well, to make a long story short, my FH and I booked our reception hall through someone who is no longer there. We were told by him that we could get in there early so we could take all of our pictures BEFORE the ceremony, which would mean like 3 hours before the cocktail hour (it's on a Friday night and we're the only wedding there). When I called yesterday, I was told that this is NOT true, meanwhile half the reason we booked was for the pictures in front of the fireplace.

What I need from all of you helpful vendors are some INDOOR photo locations for December. Nassau preferably, or somewhere near the Woodbury/Syosset area would be fine. Please help, I am seriously on the verge of tears and have no clue what to do!!!!!!!!!! Brides have recommended the EAB plaza, and I'm wondering if you have any other suggestions. Thanks!

Several places that are beautiful are
SANDS POINT PRESERVE-in the main house I believe it is called Hempstead House. I performed there for the Channel 12 Television holiday special. It is beautifully decorated in December and would be spectacular for photos. Located in Sands Point (Port Washington area).
Another beautiful location is Old Westbury Gardens. Call them and ask about photos in the main mansion.
Hope this was of help to you.

Hi Marnles;
Check out Hofstra University. They have beautiful gardens and I doubt they would charge for you to use them for your pictures.

Best wishes,

Rebecca

Oheka is also right down the road from where the ceremony will be.
