Photographer - I need one AFFORDABLY priced!

Who out there can first and foremost, BE ON TIME, secondly be unintrusive during the ceremony and reception, and lastly, take BEAUTIFUL pictures and put them in a package that won't ask me to sign over my first born to indentured servitude?
If you can create a great package for me for $1,000 or less, I might just give you a 'shot.' Thanks in advance!
